MCG Construction Discusses the Reliable Strongwall Integrated Building System™

Where Strongwall Integrated Building System™ Originates From

Canadians, Australians, Russians, South East Asians, and many more have benefited from the Strongwall Integrated Building System™ for close to two decades. 6,000,000 sq. meters are made annually (64.6 million sq ft).

Strongwall Integrated Building System™ Certificate Standards

The North American authority on materials analysis Intertek USA certifies the Strongwall Integrated Building System™ as per the ASTM International standards.

 The Wall Panels

The face plates, or outer walls, are prepared using a singular fiber-reinforced proprietary cement adding resistance to high temperatures and wetness. The walls are designed in conventional 2 to 4 ft. widths, at a thickness of 4 to 8 inches. The usual height is nine feet, but can also be produced to required height. To further improve damage resistance, a blend of high grade cement, re-bar, fibreglass meshing and polystyrene foam beads are used in the middle of every panel.

Insulation, Dry Walling and Framing Unnecessary

There isn't any need for insulation, dry walling or framing with the Strongwall Integrated Building System™. Rather, an epoxy ingredient or a polyethylene base cement is used to put together the walls.Vertically Integrated Conduit

The Strongwall Integrated Building System™ is effective at reducing expenses and time savings when installing utilities, due to the vertically integrated conduits.

 Quick Assembling

One reason that the construction of Strongwall Integrated Building System™ is so durable is the tongue / groove method of construction, which is also fast and easy to assemble. This system continues to help save customers a lot of time and cash on their developments with a light weight, customizable, transportable system.

 Can Accommodate Several Stories

The Strongwall Integrated Building System™ is designed to accommodate structures to any height. Multiple story structures take advantage of the same durability, uncomplicated installation process, vertical conduit system, and light-weight materials as small buildings.
