The Wall Panels
The face plates, or outer walls, are prepared using a singular fiber-reinforced proprietary cement adding resistance to high temperatures and wetness. The walls are designed in conventional 2 to 4 ft. widths, at a thickness of 4 to 8 inches. The usual height is nine feet, but can also be produced to required height. To further improve damage resistance, a blend of high grade cement, re-bar, fibreglass meshing and polystyrene foam beads are used in the middle of every panel.
Insulation, Dry Walling and Framing Unnecessary
There isn't any need for insulation, dry walling or framing with the Strongwall Integrated Building System™. Rather, an epoxy ingredient or a polyethylene base cement is used to put together the walls.Vertically Integrated Conduit
